MaMa

The clinic had 100 patients registered by 9am today. By the days end 120 patients were treated by Tom and Mark. It seems that neither can turn away anyone sick or elderly.

 MaMa is a dear patient who comes to clinic to get her "check up".  She may not be the oldest patient we see but close to it, she is 85 years old.  The average life expectancy in Haiti is 50 years old and 1 in 5 children don't make it to see their 5th birthday.  Haiti is a difficult place to live on a good day.
