Clinic is off to a good start, lots of patients and no catastrophes. Its hard to ask for anything more. It seems like the best things in life are simple, rice and beans for lunch with plenty of clean water to drink. The patients are so grateful that we are there. A smile is enough to make your day. Thank you to all of the people that give what they can to make these clinic trips possible. You are part of the "crew".
